A multi-day festival catering deployment delivering halal-certified street food across multiple stages, with branded units, scale-ready field teams and a single accountable site lead.
A multi-day catering operation deployed across several stage areas of the festival site, feeding a high-volume crowd with a halal-certified menu that didn't compromise on speed of service. The festival was clear: no diesel idle from any unit on site, no compromise on food hygiene scoring, and a single accountable site lead they could call any hour of any day.
The brief also required real branding flexibility — units that could carry festival livery as well as EMA branding depending on where they were placed on site, and service lines that could handle the surge during the headline-act windows without queue times collapsing the experience.
Across the deployment we operated a coordinated multi-unit setup. Each unit was staffed by EMA-trained field team members on rolling multi-day shifts, with accommodation logistics handled in-house. A single site lead was on-call from set-up Friday through strike Monday.
Every team member arrived to a documented service standard — what to cook, how to plate, what to say. By the time the gates opened, the operation was running like it had been there for years, because in operational terms it had.
EMA arrived ready to work and ran the operation like it was their festival. No drama, no chasing, no compliance gaps. Just a working catering partner on site.
Multi-day operations, branded units, 5,000+ visitors per event.
